Shipping policy

Products will be delivered to the address indicated by the Purchaser on the order form, in mainland France.

The Purchaser may, at his/her express request, have the invoice sent to the billing address and not to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the order form. In general, EURL Maravenne Sélections declines all responsibility for any delays in delivery which may occur and which are not its fault. In the event of partial availability of items, EURL Maravenne Sélections may split orders. In this way, the available items may be sent initially, and the balance of the order will be sent when all the other items are available. The Purchaser is required to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery, in the presence of the delivery person. In the event of damage, he/she must state his/her reservations precisely on the delivery note, and reiterate them to the carrier by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within three days of delivery, in accordance with the provisions of article L.133-3 of the French Commercial Code. The customer must also inform EURL Maravenne Sélections by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt of any transport damage within 8 days of receipt. No claim will be accepted in the event of failure to comply with these formalities. Deliveries are made without guarantee against frost and climatic variations, even significant ones. Bottles must always be kept horizontal and in a cool place, away from heat and frost.

During the period between delivery and transfer of ownership, the risks of loss, theft or destruction are borne by the Buyer.

EURL Maravenne Sélections retains full and complete ownership of the products sold until full payment has been received, in principal, costs and taxes included. Should the Purchaser fail to meet its payment obligations, EURL Maravenne Sélections shall be entitled to demand the immediate return of the goods delivered at the Purchaser's expense and risk.
